Nora Conroy

Nora Conroy currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, Learning, and Change at Vizient, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, Nora accumulated extensive experience at Huron from January 2008 to November 2022, where positions included Human Capital and Talent Strategist and Senior Director of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness. Nora is a certified executive coach recognized for expertise in developing accountable leaders and leading organizational transformations. Areas of specialization encompass executive assessment, leadership development, organizational change, and succession planning. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago. Additional certifications include Hogan Assessment and ICF Executive Coaching.
