Patrick Elzinga

Patrick Elzinga currently serves as a Sr. Program Services Manager at Vizient, Inc., where responsibilities include executing cost savings initiatives through comprehensive project and program management, along with developing sourcing strategies and maintaining supplier relationships. Previously, Patrick held the position of Supply Chain & Sourcing Analyst at Kentucky Health Collaborative, focusing on strategic sourcing for cost-saving projects across multiple hospital systems. Additional experience includes serving as a Forecasting & Planning Analyst at LSC Communications, Project Administrator at the University of Kentucky, and roles at Eastern Kentucky University and the Legislative Research Commission, where recognition was received for distinguished achievements. Patrick holds a Master of Public Administration from Eastern Kentucky University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Berea College, and an Associate of Arts from Lake Michigan College.
