Steve Pohlman

Steve Pohlman, MBA, is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in supply chain, operations management, and process improvement within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Associate Principal at Vizient, Inc. since September 2023, Steve focuses on enhancing value for healthcare members. Previously, at Cleveland Clinic from November 2016 to May 2023, Steve held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of Supply Chain, where responsibilities encompassed managing a $1B clinical supply budget and overseeing 350 full-time employees. Additional roles included Interim Chief Supply Chain and Support Services Officer and Sr. Director of Materials Management. Prior experience includes significant positions at Cleveland Clinic Akron General, University Hospitals, and Premier Health Partners. Steve holds an MBA in Project Management from Wright State University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Dayton.
