Tami Walker

Tami Walker is a seasoned professional in instructional design and talent management, currently serving as Manager of Instructional Design at Vizient, Inc. since February 2017. In this role, Tami oversees enterprise-wide learning initiatives, focusing on corporate compliance, diversity and inclusion, and professional development, while managing a team of instructional designers and an LMS administrator. Prior to this, Tami held the position of Senior Instructional Designer at Fidelity Investments, where innovative resources and video initiatives were developed to enhance employee growth. Tami's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Training and Development Specialist at CO-OP Financial Services, where processes for new hire training were standardized. Tami holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree in History from The University of Texas at Arlington.
