Tom D.

Tom D. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tom started their career at D.C. Advertising, where they served as a Team Lead for Outside Sales and later as a Sales and Recruiting Manager. After their time at D.C. Advertising, Tom joined Global Employment Solutions as a Director of IT Consulting, where they played a key role in the company's growth. Following that, they worked at Slalom Consulting, first as a Director of Talent Acquisition and later as the Regional Director of Talent Acquisition for the central region. Currently, Tom is serving as the Vice President of Talent at Vizient, Inc.

Tom D. attended North Central College from 1998 to 2002 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Economics.
