Tom D. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tom started their career at D.C. Advertising, Tom joined Global Employment Solutions as a Director of IT Consulting, where they played a key role in the company's growth. Following that, they worked at Slalom Consulting, first as a Director of Talent Acquisition and later as the Regional Director of Talent Acquisition for the central region.
