Tracy Jones serves as the Director of Contract Services for Icertis at Vizient, Inc. since March 2017, after a successful tenure at Novation from February 2003 to March 2017 as a Standardization Specialist. In this role, Tracy was responsible for maximizing Impact Standardization compliance, addressing issues, and generating quarterly rebate reports for members. Tracy also held the position of HR Coordinator at Novation. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Oberlin College and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The University of Dallas.
