Bryan's career started at Atlantic.Net Inc. as a Sr. Linux Administrator, where they provided support for large disk arrays, using technologies like iSCSI, RAID, ZFS, and Infiniband. Bryan was responsible for ticket resolution, escalation, and tracking to ensure timely problem resolution.

Lastly, Bryan worked at Bright House Networks as a Cable Service Technician II. In this role, they played a crucial part in the digital television transition and cable telephone service, adhering to NCTI and FCC standards. Bryan conducted troubleshooting of digital cable service and analyzed signal quality using Acterna Digital Signal Acquisition Meter.
