Jim Charters

Jim Charters has a diverse work experience in the field of ad operations. Jim is currently working at VIZIO since 2019, initially starting as an Ad Operations Specialist and then moving up to the position of Senior Ad Operations Specialist in March 2022.

Before joining VIZIO, Jim worked at CDK Global from 2015 to 2019 as an Ad Operations Specialist II. In this role, they were responsible for entering budgets, tracking information, and creative into various ad platforms and DSPs. Jim provided pre and post-launch validation, consulting, and set-up, as well as reviewed incoming ad campaigns for quality assurance. Jim also investigated and resolved technical issues related to creative errors, performance, targeting problems, and pixel implementation.

Prior to CDK Global, Jim held the position of Ad Operations Associate at Yelp from 2013 to 2015.

Jim's career began in the education sector, where they worked as a Technology Assistant at Northshore School District from December 2012 to January 2013.

At Portland State University, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Video and Photographic Arts.
