Jim Mitchell has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jim started their career at El Camino Resources, Ltd in 1991 as a Design Artist, where they designed logos, advertising materials, and provided system support for Apple Macintosh users. Jim then joined Party Planners West, Inc in 1994 as a Design Artist, where they designed signage, graphic treatments, and managed a team of in-house and freelance artists. In 1999, Jim moved to Barry Design Associates as a Design Artist, where they produced marketing materials, designed environmental graphics, and provided Apple Macintosh systems support. In 2000, they joined Lakeshore Learning Materials as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer, where they led a project to implement and integrate Salesforce CRM with existing business systems. Jim'sresponsibilities included day-to-day administration, development, integration, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions. In 2015, Jim joined VIZIO as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst and later took on roles as Business System Solution Architect, Sr. Business System Solution Architect, and Sr. Manager of Salesforce Applications. Jim is currently serving as the Director of Salesforce Applications.

Jim Mitchell attended California State University, Northridge from 1993 to 1995 where they focused on Print Design. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications such as Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified ScrumMaster, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Trailhead Profile, Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Salesforce and Scrum Alliance between the years 2014 and 2019.
