Michelle Lowe

Michelle Lowe has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michelle began their career as a Paralegal/Office Administrator at Parente, Libien & Christopher from 1994 to 1997. Michelle then moved on to Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, where they held multiple roles, including Systems Training Coordinator from 1997 to 1999 and Systems Engineer from 1999 to 2005. At Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, they worked directly with business owners and end-users to gather requirements and design and program applications. Michelle then worked as a Business Systems Analyst from 2006 to 2008, collaborating with stakeholders to define and develop business processes and identify more cost-effective practices during a large-scale software implementation project.

In 2009, Michelle worked as an IT Consultant at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, where they created project plans and schedules for the migration of users off Citrix servers and identified and coded application enhancements. Michelle later joined OnSomble (formerly Role-Based Practice Solutions), serving as a Product Specialist from 2011 to 2012, where they coordinated program implementations, developed product lifecycles, and tracked application bugs.

From 2013 to 2017, Michelle worked at Taulia Inc., initially as a Software Engineer - Apprentice before being hired as a full-time Software Engineer. Michelle was part of the engineering team focusing on the development of Taulia's e-Invoicing Platform. Finally, Michelle joined VIZIO in 2018 and held various roles, including Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer from 2018 to 2020, Senior Software Engineer from 2021 onwards, and currently serves as a Staff Software Engineer.

Michelle Lowe attended General Assembly from an unknown start year until 2013, where they studied Web Development Immersive. Michelle also obtained a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of San Francisco, and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
