Rick M.

Rick M. has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Rick began their career as a People Manager at Indiana University Residential Programs and Services in 1989 and held this role until 2001. Following this, they worked at Gap Inc. as a Monitoring & Automation Engineer from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2017, Rick was employed by Walmart, where they held the positions of People Manager & Product Owner. In 2017, they transitioned to Workday, where they took on the role of People Manager & Scrum Master until 2019. Rick's most recent experience is with VIZIO, where they started as a Principal Infrastructure Engineer in November 2019 and later took on the position of Senior Manager, Technical Operations in May 2020.

Rick M. completed their high school education at Southport High School from 1981 to 1985, earning a high school diploma. Rick then attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1985 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Religion/Religious Studies, Psychology, and Sociology. After a break, Rick returned to Indiana University Bloomington in 1997 and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from 1997 to 2000.
