Simon Calfe is currently the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Vizrt, where they oversee recruitment strategies and initiatives. Previously, they served as the Director - Head of Recruitment EMEA at Macquarie Group from 2019 to 2024, leading teams across various recruitment functions. Simon's extensive experience in talent acquisition includes leadership roles at McGraw-Hill Education, Invesco Ltd., and State Street, where they managed large teams and implemented key recruitment transformations. They began their career as a Senior Recruiter at Greenwich Technology Partners and hold a BA Hons in Business Studies & Financial Services from The Nottingham Trent University.
