Cem Tok is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in management and financial oversight. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Vizyon Group since February 2024, Cem has held similar roles as Deputy General Manager at DESA DERİ from March 2023 to January 2024 and was Chief Financial Officer at Eroğlu Giyim from September 2020 to March 2023. Prior positions include Deputy General Manager at DAGİ overseeing Sales Channels, Finance, Supply, and Product Management, and significant roles at DeFacto as CFO and Mali İşler Direktörü from June 2006 to January 2018. Cem began a career in finance at Vizyon Deri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. as Mali İşler Müdürü from June 1997 to June 2006. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University (1988 - 1992).

The story of Vizyon Group started as the story of two good friends, Kadri Soygül and Coşkun Kutbay. In 1987, they started their business as manufacturers after having put together a few machines and having built a small team of leather craftsmen.
