Kris Thompson

Kris Thompson has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2002. In 2002, they were a Sales Associate at Arizona Gold Properties, where they were responsible for the sale of office space in a mixed-use, office and retail project. Kris was also responsible for generating all sales, including door-to-door sales campaigns to local medical and business professionals as well as daily cold calling. Kris successfully marketed and executed sales of 36,000 square feet of Class A office space to medical and business professionals. In 2004, Thompson became an Advisor at Arizona Land Advisors, where they were responsible for handling all commercial land transactions within the east valley of Maricopa County. Kris brokered over $150M in land acquisition and dispositions between land owners and national investment groups, home builders, and commercial developers of all types. Kris was also responsible for significant proforma-development and underwriting on behalf of local and national clients in $5M+ transactions. In 2008, Thompson became an Advisor at East Valley Land Group, where they were responsible for company start-up, including internal and external branding, introduction to marketplace, underwriting of all transactions, and overall strategy formation and execution. Kris closed over $25 million in commercial real estate transactions, including land and income producing properties. In 2010, Thompson founded PropertyLogix. In 2011, they co-founded Vizzda, a company that provides the highest standard of data and information to the commercial real estate industry via cutting-edge database and visual-representation technologies.

Kris Thompson completed their Masters in Business Administration from Arizona State University between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University between 1999 and 2002.
