Throughout their career, they have successfully built and rejuvenated distribution within various fund management businesses, achieving industry-leading positions. Robert has held senior roles, including Managing Director at BMO Global Asset Management, and is currently the founder of Distribution Alpha Ltd, providing consultancy services in distribution strategy. They are also pursuing an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Ethics, and Religion at The Open University, where they earned a distinction in their initial modules.
