Trevonica Naidu serves as the Executive Head of Human Capital Experience at VKB Group, where they lead the development of an integrated, future-focused people strategy across the organization's talent lifecycle. With over two decades of experience in strategic human capital leadership, Trevonica has previously held roles as Director of Inclusion & Diversity at Visa and Director of Transformation, Diversity, Inclusion, and Employment Equity at Transformation Integrated Africa. They hold an MBA from Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership and are currently pursuing another MBA focused on People, Policy, Practice, and Purpose. Trevonica is dedicated to embedding diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into the HR value chain to drive performance and cultural relevance within the workforce.
