VLASNE MISTO is a mega-development project of a sustainable autonomous city, located in Dmytrivka, Kyiv region, Ukraine.

The project implements a new urban-planning and living standard for Ukraine delivering a sustainable, cluster-based city concept, where innovations, ecology and social & economic resilience work in harmony.

🏙 A 600-hectares, self-sustaining city for 47,000 residents, just 7 km from Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv.
🏗 A new urban format—short distances, human-centric design, and integration with nature around.
🔄 A circular economy model for the future city — where every cluster is interconnected, generating economic synergies, ensuring guaranteed demand for each other’s products and services, and creating additional jobs for citizens. A city designed to thrive through collaboration, not competition.

♻️A “green”city concept — renewable energy sources, waste-management and recycling, CO2 emission management, water management and other programs already projected inside the city.

Vlasne Misto is an economic project that has become an integral part of the strategic development program of Dmytrivska UTC:

📌 21,000+ new jobs in 8 economic clusters, based on the Win-Win model.
📌 Independent energy systems & self-sufficient infrastructure.
📌 Vertical greenhouses producing 600+ kg of fresh food daily.
📌 Private education, healthcare, & business hubs.
📌 Eco-friendly transport, green spaces & an equestrian club, and MUCH MORE.

Let’s build the city that never existed—together!

Vlasne Misto is more than a real estate development project — it’s a movement, an innovative co-initiative. A project that proves that Ukraine can globally lead in sustainable urban development.
