In 1891, Eduard Ysebaert opened a butcher's shop in Terneuzen in the Netherlands. He called it VLEVY, short for 'VLEeswaren Van Ysebaert' ('meat products by Ysebaert). More than 125 years and four generations later, VLEVY is a modern company with a strong focus on product development and innovation.
