Morgan Deane

Morgan Deane is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Executive Management Board at Baader Helvea, a leading investment bank with a strong institutional client focus and multiple international offices. Morgan also serves as the Executive Board Member and Global Head of Legal & Compliance for VLGE, a no-code virtual world-building platform. Previous roles include a member of the board at nChain, Ambassador and Mentor for Seedstars, and Vice President and Senior Regulatory Law Advisor at J.P. Morgan. Morgan began a career in legal and compliance roles at Bear Stearns & Co. Morgan holds multiple degrees from the University of Galway, including an LL.M in International Criminal Law, and has an International Diploma in Regulatory Compliance from The University of Manchester.
