Fernanda Pires, a certified PROSCI® professional, has extensive experience in various managerial roles at VLI Logística since 2012, including Gerente de Inovações, Gerente de Gestão de Mudanças, and Gerente de Comunicação Corporativa. Responsibilities include reporting to executive leadership, overseeing innovation initiatives across multiple business areas, and managing change management strategies to enhance organizational culture and operational efficiency.
