Scott Bitcon

Scott Bitcon has over 30 years of experience in public safety communications and technology solutions. Scott began their career in 1988 as a Police Assistant/Telecommunicator for the Sierra Vista Police Department. In 1998, they moved to the El Paso County Sheriff's Department, where they served as an Emergency Services Dispatcher and was eventually promoted to Assistant Supervisor. In 2003, they joined ZOLL Medical Corporation as a Senior Product Sales Engineer - CommCAD, where they trained the sales team, identified business opportunities, and achieved quota in the first year. Scott also held roles as an Implementation Projects Manager, Territory Account Manager, and International Business Development - Data Management. In 2016, they joined Clear Prism Consulting as the Owner, offering operations and administrative process improvement consulting. That same year, they also joined Falck as a Business Process Manager - Dispatch and Systems Engineer. Finally, in 2020, they joined VLI Tech, Inc. as an Application Manager.

Scott Bitcon began their educational journey in 1995 at Cochise College, where they studied Business and Political Science. Scott then attended Pikes Peak State College from 1997 to 2000, majoring in History. In 1998, they enrolled at University of Phoenix - Colorado Springs, where they studied Management until 2000. In 2008, Scott attended Metropolitan State University of Denver, studying Behavioral Science. Finally, from 2013 to 2017, Scott earned a Bachelor's Degree in Organization Development from Regis University.
