Stuart Beardwell

Stuart Beardwell has extensive experience in operational modernization and performance management, currently serving as the Director of Operational Modernisation and Performance at V/Line since April 2010. Throughout tenure at V/Line, Stuart has held various leadership positions, including Program Director for Operational Change, Regional Manager for the South West, and General Manager roles in Customer Experience and Analytics, Performance, and Corporate Affairs. Earlier experience includes serving as Land Marketing Coordinator at Central Equity from March 2007 to February 2009. Stuart is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, having completed training in February 2024, and holds a Diploma of Management from Swinburne University of Technology, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from RMIT University, and a Bachelor of Communications in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Canberra.
