Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor, J.D., CFE, CIPP/US is a partner at VLP Law Group LLP, where they focus on bankruptcy and financial restructuring. They have nearly twenty years of experience guiding clients through complex bankruptcy situations, representing a range of corporations and serving in capacities such as a chapter 11 trustee and advisor to secured lenders. Prior to joining VLP Law Group, Mark held roles at notable law firms including Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Mark began their legal career as a law clerk for a United States District Court Judge and has significant courtroom experience across various bankruptcy and district courts in the United States. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Boise State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
