Alvaro Ramirez

Alvaro Ramirez, MSc, P.Eng, currently serves as the Sr. Director of M&A Diligence and Integration at VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC, where responsibilities include executing due diligence and integration activities. Prior to this position, Alvaro held various roles at TC Energy over a span of 15 years, including Asset Integration Manager for US Natural Gas Projects and US Liquids Projects, Project Engineer & Turnover Manager, and Maintenance Program Manager. Alvaro's experience also encompasses leadership roles at SGS as Operations Manager for Oil, Gas & Chemicals, and as a Project Manager at Grass Roots. Alvaro's educational background includes a Master's in Sustainable Energy Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Master's in Engineering Management from Universidad Metropolitana, along with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
