Tobias Enge is the New Product Development Manager at vly. Tobias has also been the Founder & Head of Product Development & Quality at Wildcorn since October 2016.
Tobias began their career in 2004 as a Portier at Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin. Tobias then became an Auszubildender Hotelfachmann at Maritim Hotel Berlin from September 2005 to August 2008. In December 2008, they began working as a Wine Consultant / Commis Sommelier at The Melbourne Supper Club and continued in this role until December 2009.
In February 2013, Tobias began an internship at Vanille & Marille, where they worked on production and product optimization. Tobias then became a Werkstudent at Löwenzahn Organics in March 2016, conducting research and regulatory affairs. Tobias took on another Werkstudent role at sleep.ink | Daizu GmbH from November 2015 to May 2016, focusing on product development.
In October 2016, Tobias became the Founder & Head of Product Development & Quality at Wildcorn. In this role, they oversee product development, quality management, and packaging development.
Tobias Enge has a Master's degree in Food Technology from the Technische Universität Berlin, as well as a B.Sc. in Food Technology from the same school. Tobias is also certified as a Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner from the International Scrum Institute.
