Ani Nersessian is a visual merchandising specialist and the face of VM ID.

Ani holds a B.Des from Ryerson University’s Fashion Communications program and has also taught the Visual Merchandising & Display course at Ryerson University’s School of Fashion.  

After 17+ years in the retail industry, working at various brands/companies such as Holt Renfrew and Adidas Group Canada, Ani founded VM ID to be able to share my knowledge and skills with a wide range of retailers both big and small, helping them create the perfect visual identity for their brand.  

We believe that no retailer can afford to be without a strong visual merchandising strategy and through our work, we help to diagnose the opportunities, maximize productivity of the selling space and elevate the brand image, all while catering to each business’ specific needs, no matter the size. Big or small, we support them all! We also help to equip retailers with the necessary tools, training and guidelines so that they can be more effective with their visual merchandising internally.
