Tod Gilbert has over 18 years of experience at VMAC, progressing through various roles including President, Executive Vice President, and VP Engineering and Product Development, where Tod was instrumental in the research and development of new product lines and established the product development process. Prior experience includes a position as a Research Associate at CMACN, managing project design and laser micromachining systems, and serving as Project Manager for the Queen's Formula SAE Race Team. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University and both a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
