Saloni Gupta is currently the Customer Experience & Quality Manager at VMax Wellness since February 2023. Prior to this role, Saloni worked at HealthifyMe as a Sr. Quality Analyst - Operations. With a background in transaction auditing and NPS analysis, Saloni has also experience in working on Retentions and On-boarding teams. Before HealthifyMe, Saloni held positions as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Inside Sales Representative at SuperProfs and as a Technical Support at Portea Medicals. Saloni pursued education at Subhash Sr. Sec. Public School in Kanpur (UP) and obtained a degree from CSJM University.
