Saeed Dornajafi, AIA, LEED AP, is an Architect at VMDO Architects, having previously co-founded and served as Lead Designer at PORCH Architectural Studio. Saeed earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Shiraz Azad University in 2013 and a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech in 2017, where they also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Research Associate at the Center for Design Research. Their professional experience includes roles at Martins Construction Corp., Stantec, and Cooper Carry, where Saeed contributed to various architectural projects and gained insight into both design and construction processes. Saeed began their career in architecture in Iran before moving to the United States in 2014.
