Kelly Starr

Kelly Starr is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Quantum Photonics. With a background in finance, Kelly has held various CFO positions in companies such as VME, Klüber Lubrication NA LP, and Summit Industrial Products, Inc. Kelly has extensive experience in financial management and has also worked as a Tax Accountant and Financial Analyst in the past. Graduating with a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and later earning an MBA in Finance from The University of Dallas, Kelly is well-equipped with knowledge and expertise in the field.
