Katie Cate

Katie Cate is a results-driven HR professional with a decade of expertise in workforce management, strategic planning, and training facilitation. They are currently the Director of Talent Management at Vanderbilt Mortgage and have previously held roles such as Director of Talent and Culture at the Knoxville Leadership Foundation and Director of HR at Regal. Katie is pursuing a master’s degree in management and human resources at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee to enhance their skills for a growing global environment.
