Its managing director has been leading equity capital markets teams at Nab, Westpac and Macquarie since 1986 and his experience spans ECM, M&A, corporate finance transactions, business recovery and reconstruction advice. PsaltGroup has operated across boarders on capital raisings in Europe, Australia and Asia with strategic advice in the sale and acquisition of a number of asset classes.  

Business reconstruction’s involved maximising return to debt and equity holders of their portfolios.  In the property sector, Arthur has been involved in advice for both public and private sector clients.  A key component of the advice is the creation of new strategies aimed at stretching the potential of organisations.  Arthur has covered industry groups as diverse as banking, property, retailing, consumer goods, transport, education, insurance, superannuation and aged care.
