Arvind B Podichetty, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in application consulting and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Senior Application Consultant at VML MAP since April 2025, Arvind previously held the position of Manager, CRM at Tim Hortons from February 2021 to April 2025, and worked as both a CRM Consultant and CRM Analyst at Deloitte from December 2015 to February 2021, focusing on audience targeting and list generation for marketing initiatives.
