Joe Padilla

Joe Padilla is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the advertising industry. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at VML MAP since January 2024, Joe previously held the same title at Wunderman Thompson MAP. Joe's career at Wunderman Thompson spanned from June 2019 to January 2024, where the roles included Senior Art Director and Art Director. Joe began the journey at Wunderman in May 2016 as a Junior Art Director and Art Direction Intern. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin and has furthered education through programs at Cannes Lions School and One Club Creative Bootcamp.
