Tarik Windle

Tarik Windle currently serves as the Global Head of Media Solutions at VML MAP, a role assumed in January 2024 following the merger of Wunderman Thompson and VMLY&R. Prior to this, Tarik held the same title at Wunderman Thompson MAP from June 2022 to January 2024, focusing on maximizing first-party data for corporate clients and enhancing customer experiences across various channels. Tarik’s career includes significant leadership positions at Wavemaker UK, where responsibilities included managing over £200 million in annual digital investment and leading the Precision Planning department, as well as a tenure at MEC, directing performance planning efforts and client relationships, particularly for Vodafone. Tarik’s early background includes roles at ZenithOptimedia and PHD Media, following a BSc in Business from Swansea University.
