Don Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Don currently serves as Co-CEO at VML Technology, where they are responsible for building a US-based team to lead the full launch of the company in the United States. Prior to this, Don worked as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Southern California, teaching courses in an academic setting. Don also worked as a Financial Advisor at AB Bernstein Private Wealth Management, providing investment and wealth planning advice to individuals and families. Don has further experience as the Principal of D.L. Morgan Consulting, LLC, offering development and capacity building services to non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Don has held senior positions in fundraising and development at Loyola High School, Children's Bureau, and Verbum Dei High School. Don has also been involved in political activities, serving as a candidate for Mayor in the City of Pasadena. Additionally, they have experience in the field of executive search, working as a Principal in the Education & Non-profit Practice at Gary Kaplan & Associates. Don's educational background includes a research fellowship at Loyola Marymount University's Leavey Center for the Study of Los Angeles.

Don Morgan's education history begins with him earning their High School Diploma at Brophy College Preparatory from 1987 to 1991. Don then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of San Diego from 1991 to 1995. Following this, they enrolled at Arizona State University in 1997 and completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration in 1998. Lastly, Don Morgan continued their education at the University of Southern California, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Public Administration from 2003 to 2007.
