Ebru Umar

Ebru Umar is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in editorial management and journalism. Currently serving as Hoofdredacteur at Overwaar.de since April 2022, Ebru launched the platform for individual real estate investors. Previously, Ebru worked as a columnist for Libelle from November 2005 to October 2023, and as a columnist for METRO under TMG from November 2005 to September 2018, where Ebru penned a weekly column with enthusiasm and dedication. Ebru also held the position of hoofdredacteur and owner of FAB Magazine from September 2014 to February 2016, focusing on women in entrepreneurship. Earlier career experiences include roles as a publisher at Wolters Kluwer and marketing positions at ING Nederland. Ebru holds a degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by an education at Erasmiaans Gymnasium.
