Jacques Stark is an accomplished professional in the field of microbiology and food safety, having served as Principal Scientist at Ceradis from 2013 to 2015 and holding various roles at DSM Food Specialties from 1987 to 2013. Currently, Jacques is the Program Manager for Food Safety & Quality at the Nederlandse Zuivel Organisatie and the Chairman of the Foundation Food Micro since 2010. Additionally, Jacques contributes as a strategic advisor in food safety and food microbiology through Stark BioConsultancy. With a degree in Biology from Leiden University, Jacques also has extensive editorial experience, serving as Chairman of the Editorial Advisory Board for VMT Magazine since 2012.
