Peter Chu

Peter Chu is a veteran senior executive in the software and venture capital industry. Before joining Huamei Hongda, Peter served as a managing partner of AsiaTech Ventures for more than ten years and a senior consultant of Inspirior, LLC, leading investment, strategy, operation and M&A consulting projects, especially cross-border cooperation opportunities between the United States, Japan and China. Projects Peter has worked on include: EachNet (later acquired by eBay), PCNAlert (acquired by HIS), Vialto (acquired by Cisco), OnVantage (merged with StarCite), Ceiva Logic, ActionRun, and Agito/Wow-Auctions.
