Brett Cameron

Brett Cameron is a highly experienced professional with a strong focus on application services and software architecture, currently serving as the Director of Application Services and Chief Solutions Officer at VMS Software Inc. since December 2014. Additionally, Brett holds the position of Vice President of Applications and Services and Senior Software Engineer at Teracloud, and serves as Country Manager for Teracloud NZ Ltd. and a Consultant for Erlang Solutions. Previously, Brett worked as a Software Architect at HP Cloud Services, where responsibilities included architecting services for the OpenStack cloud environment, and as a Solution Architect at HP, designing large-scale solutions for major clients across various sectors in New Zealand and Australia. Brett's academic background includes a PhD in Chemical Physics from the University of Canterbury and experience as a part-time lecturer in software engineering and research in molecular ionization techniques.
