Thao Pham has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent management, learning, organization development, and HR. Thao currently holds the position of Head of Talent Management, Learning & Organization Development at VNG Corporation since August 2021. Thao previously worked at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd., where they held multiple roles including Director, Head of Organization Development and HR Business Partner cum Talent Acquisition Senior Manager.
