Snehal Wagh is currently the Lead HR for Account & Operations at VNS, where they focus on end-to-end recruitment, client management, and business development. Previously, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kami Ventures LLP and as a Professional Freelancer, showcasing a strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Snehal has also served as a Human Resources Assistant at Sanklecha Constructions Pvt. Ltd and held various HR roles, including Human Resources Executive at both Octane Apps and Ukay Metal Industries Limited. They are pursuing a Master of Personnel Management at the University of Pune.
