A new barefoot luxury resort brand Co-founded by Phillippe Kjellgren, together with hospitality investors Benjamin Habbel and Jeff Coe of LimeStone Capital - Voaara in Madagascar was dreamed up by Philippe and his wife Vi. Founder of PK’s List and Kiwi Collection, Philippe has made it his life’s work to become an expert in the world’s luxury hotels, staying in over 2,000 of the world’s best hotels in 150 countries, identifying the need for a true barefoot luxury experience as a result.

Now realising his dream, Swedish Philippe and his Canadian wife Vi is taking inspiration from their travels to ensure every element of Voaara Madagascar and the wider Voaara Hotels brand is thoughtfully and deliberately chosen to create places and spaces of quality, innovation, and authenticity - with other properties already identified in the Caribbean, Africa, Mexico and Brazil.
