Geoffrey Dickson

Geoffrey Dickson has a long and impressive career in finance and accounting. Geoffrey began their career as the Founder and Principal of 49 Grove Associates in 2004. In 2005, they moved to Deltek as the Country Controller, where they had full financial responsibility for the US office. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as the Controller for North America at Lodestone Management Consultants. During this time, they were responsible for utilization reporting/analysis, internal processes and controls optimization, review and approval of cash disbursements, review and enforcement of expense reimbursement policy, billing and accounts receivable, HR vendor assessments and recommendations to top management, M&A due diligence and analysis, and interaction with tax accountants and legal department regarding contracting and archiving. In 2013, they worked as the Financial Controller for both Fetch Storage and RentAnAC. At MaidPro, they were the Controller for three entities from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they moved to VT MÄK as the Controller, managing a team of three and reporting to the CFO. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Voatz, where they were responsible for timely and accurate month-end close cycle and designed and built out all internal financial reporting and KPI measurement tools. Geoffrey then moved to Voatz Canada, Ltd. as the Director of Finance and Human Resources, where they were responsible for all accounting, finance and HR tasks related to Voatz Inc. subsidiary based in Ontario, Canada. Lastly, from 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Core Consultant at Robert Half, leveraging their experience and skill set on a few long-term projects in the Boston area.

Geoffrey Dickson received their MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in 1994, with a focus in Finance, Business Management, and Entrepreneurship. Geoffrey obtained their BA in Political Science and Geoffrey'story from Bridgewater State University in 1992.
