Dalya Sam has a diverse work experience. In 2012, they began their career as a Sales Associate at Famous Footwear, where they assisted customers in merchandise selection and provided above-and-beyond level of customer service. In 2014, they joined Vobile as a Client Services Representative, where they provided comprehensive support for the global client base and services team. Dalya also monitored and responded to client support emails in a timely manner. Later, they were promoted to Content Protection Data Analyst, where they helped in discovery of new sites/methodology, researched for the purposes of anti-piracy, manually reviewed videos in the system, handled whitelist requests from customers, and maintained fingerprints. From 2017 to 2019, they also worked as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Michael Kors.
Dalya Sam received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Mission College.
