Roger Proeis is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in technology, marketing, and digital production. As the Founder of XUMU since January 2017, Roger has focused on bridging strategic vision with technological execution. Roger co-founded Votion Studios in November 2021, establishing it as a leading virtual production studio in Asia and earning the title of Agency Leader of the Year 2025. In addition to roles as Strategic Advisor at Vobile, Roger has also made significant contributions to companies such as Turbidite, Global Cloud Xchange, and Luminous Experiential MSLGROUP, where marketing strategies and brand transformations were pivotal. Roger's early career included a role as a 1st Lieutenant in the Royal Norwegian Air Force, complemented by a Master of Design in Multimedia, Design.
