Sometimes, you need to talk it out. That's where Vocal comes in—your personal, AI-powered audio journal.

Friends don't always know what to say and aren't always helpful. Therapy is amazing, but a good therapist can be expensive, hard to schedule, and not always available when you need them. Instead of venting to a friend or waiting for your next therapy session, Vocal helps you unpack your thoughts and emotions in real-time. You now have a safe space available anywhere and any time, whether you're driving, walking the dog, or relaxing at home.

Vocal doesn't just listen. Our AI provides thoughtful insights and personalized suggestions on each journal entry, to help you understand your emotions and take action. Just like a therapist, the more you talk, the better we'll get to know you. Vocal is the perfect balance of being heard, understood, and guided—more accessible than a therapist and more insightful than a chat with a friend.

Unlike voice memos and traditional pen-and-paper journaling, each Vocal journal entry is an investment in our relationship. Every week, unlock an update on our understanding of your thoughts and behavior patterns—all you have to do is keep journaling. The more you share with us, the better our recommendations get, and the more we can help you grow!

How Vocal Fits Into Your Life:
- Journaling on the go: Talk about your day anytime you can think out loud
- Instant clarity: Vocal's AI helps you connect the dots between your feelings and behaviors
- No pressure: Get personalized support without involving anyone else
- Always available: Vocal is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so we're always here for you
