Vocal Point, formerly known as Georgia Radio Reading Service, Inc., is headquartered at 260 14th St NW in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals who are blind, have low vision, or face print-related disabilities. Our mission is to empower and enrich the lives of these individuals through engaging audio content delivered by real people using integrated technology — building connection, community, and independence.

At the heart of our work are our core values, which go beyond guiding principles. They are the foundation of how we serve, connect, and uplift our community every day. Through our “I CARE” framework, we foster an inclusive, responsive, and empowering environment where every person’s dignity, story, and access to opportunity are prioritized. These values shape the tone of our programming, inform our partnerships, and ensure that every aspect of our service is centered around people first.
