Tracy Wagg

Tracy Wagg is a People, Projects, and Change Specialist currently serving as the Head of Projects at Vocal Views, where they coordinate and deliver multiple client projects with a focus on stakeholder engagement and effective communication. With a rich background in education, Tracy previously worked at Birmingham City Council as both an Educator and Coordinator, implementing initiatives that enhanced student learning and facilitated team collaboration. Tracy holds a Postgraduate Degree in Education and a PRINCE2 qualification in Project Management, further augmenting their expertise in service improvement and project delivery.
