Michelle Eng

Michelle Eng serves as a Senior Project Management Lead at General Mills since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in product development and management. Eng has been a member of the ¡Cantaré! Cultural Advisory Committee at VocalEssence since September 2013, contributing to a program that promotes Mexican music and composers in local educational settings. Prior roles include Group Manager and Sourcing Manager at ILLUME, and various product management positions at DEMDACO and Department 56, where Eng led product life cycles and strategic marketing initiatives. Additionally, Eng served as Chair of the Board of Directors for MIRA, a Latino resource center, and worked as a Business Analyst at Target Corporation. Eng holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from St. Olaf College, complemented by further studies at Universidad de Sevilla and Université Rennes 2.
